Topher has not only helped me move once, but twice, in completely different cities and was just as helpful in both. Topher is an extremely organized, punctual, family man, who is completely transparent and a true gentleman. I was a first time Home Buyer, nervous about the whole process until I met Topher. A pleasant, family man; organized, detail-oriented, available and extremely honest. I was only available to look at places on weekends. Topher made time for me, even juggling family events at times. I was new to Los Angeles and I wasn't sure which neighborhood to focus on and he gave me the comfort level and showed me homes in several neighborhoods (we called these 'neighborhood watches'), entertaining me with his quirky humor all along! :) But it wasn't all fun and games. He has has a keen eye when looking at properties and his understanding of "my requirements" evolved based on my reactions. There was multiple times he poignantly hinted me from getting too excited, and asked me to sleep on things. He was right every time. And there were a couple times where he went beyond just hinting. I felt like I was with a true friend that simply had my best interest in mind. It is hard to find such honesty and transparency in a business. I decided to postpone buying a home for another year to set myself up for better options. And I cannot wait to go out with Topher again to look at homes!
